Where I work

I'm based in Lahan, Siraha (Madhesh Province) and work with clients locally, across Nepal — from Kathmandu to Biratnagar and Pokhara — and remotely with teams anywhere in the world. Most communication happens over email, phone or video calls, so location rarely limits what we can build together.

How I approach projects

• Understand first. We talk about what you actually need — the problem, the users, the constraints — before any code is written.
• Scope honestly. You get a clear description of what will be built, in what order, and what it depends on.
• Build in steps. Working software early, then iteration — so you see progress instead of waiting for a big reveal.
• Hand over properly. Documentation, deployment and an explanation of how your product works, not just a login.

A note on pricing and promises

There is no fixed price list here because two "simple websites" are rarely equally simple. Price follows scope, and scope follows our conversation. Similarly, I don't promise search rankings or overnight growth — I build things properly and tell you honestly what to expect.
